Mike Reichenbach Announces "Contract with the Pee Dee"

FLORENCE, SC - Businessman and Conservative Republican Mike Reichenbach announced today his “Contract with the Pee Dee,” a ten-point commitment to ensure accountability and trust in Reichenbach's future service as State Senator. Reichenbach is utilizing multiple methods to deliver the contract to the people of the Pee Dee, including television and radio advertisements, mail, and through grassroots efforts.

“As a businessman, I enter agreements daily,” said Reichenbach. “The contracts solidify what is to be done, build confidence in what is being shared, and ensure accountability in the future. Since I am humbly seeking the votes of the Pee Dee, I want to ensure trust and accountability with their votes. That is why I am putting my commitments in writing with my ‘Contract with the Pee Dee.’”

With his “Contract with the Pee Dee,” Reichenbach commits to:

1) Donating his Senate salary to charities in the Pee Dee;

2) Introducing term-limit legislation;

3) Ensuring the voices and opinions of the community are heard through organized town halls and listening sessions;

4) Ending politics as usual and offering solutions to the issues most important to our community;

5) Working to lower the state income tax for individuals, families, and job-creating businesses;

6) Supporting the police, sheriff, and other law enforcement agencies;

7) Protecting tax dollars from wasteful spending, backroom deals, and corporate bailouts;

8) Directing education dollars into the classrooms and away from government bureaucracy;

9) Prioritizing infrastructure improvements based on needs, not politics; and

10) Defending Second Amendment rights.

Reichenbach’s latest television ad, entitled “Contract with the Pee Dee,” highlights three of his pledges – donating his Senate salary to charities, introducing term-limit legislation, and working to lower the state income tax. As Reichenbach has done throughout his campaign, an organized grassroots effort by Reichenbach was utilized over the weekend to deliver his “Contract with the Pee Dee” directly to residents.

“Over the weekend, Mike and a team of dedicated volunteers personally delivered the contract to over 10,000 households,” said Reichenbach campaign manager Phillip Habib. “Be it through the 11 listening tour sessions held thus far, personal phone calls to neighbors, and door-to-door efforts, Mike continues to ensure the constituents of District 31 have their voices heard and personally ask to earn their support and vote.”
